It’s said that transformation is a shift in your perspective, which is what this challenge is all about.

Here are five days of actions that will dramatically shift your mindset, so that you feel more in control of your life.

CLEAN OUT & FREE UP

¨Spring is here! Clean out – clean house. Out with the old. In with the new. Let go of what you’re holding on to and let the new version of YOU in. A new season – a new YOU!¨

DAY 1 Declutter Day; before-and-after pictures to see the change, wardrobe, knick-knacks, kitchen, etc. We’re starting them with one small thing: a drawer, files.

DAY 2 Upgrades Day; take inventory of what needs an upgrade for spring.
Areas to look in:

• bad habits/limiting beliefs
• career
• community/friends
• continuing education
• extended family
• health/body/weight
• home
• money/wealth
• relationship to Self
• spirituality
• the ¨fun factor¨
• time management

DAY 3 Strengths Day, A day to re-awaken your strengths, to shed/delegate/minimize activities based on weaknesses.

DAY 4 Let Go . What Else Are You Holding On To…

Take pics of shame room
Finish what you start
Get your hands around your life
Outer reflects your inner
Follow through = huge concept

DAY 5 Launching You Into Your Feng Shui Weekend
